World war one was a big war. Their was many causes to this war like militarism,nationalism and the main one was the assignation of Archducke Franz Ferninand. After this two groups were formed called the Triple Enlente and the Triple Alliance. The Triple Entente included France, Russia and england. The Triple Alliance included german, italy and austria-hungary. Nationalism is the pride of a country. Nationalism can be good or bad. Nationalism turned frenchman against germans,russia and austria.
Militarism is preparing your nations army. You are trying t make your army the best and depend on them so you spend alot of money on weapons.
